LANDSCAPE UPGRADES APPROVED

At Monday evenings Board of Directors Meeting, the Board approved several landscape enhancement proposals throughout the Plum Canyon Community. Additionally, the Board approved a separate proposal to replace all trees and shrubs that did not survive the Winter months. We anticipate the installation of these improvements to commence in the next few weeks and we hope the membership enjoys the landscaping upgrades!

APRIL BOARD MEETING RESCHEDULED

The April Board Meeting has been officially rescheduled for Monday, April 26th at 6:30p.m. located at Property Management Professionals office, 27413 Tourney Road, Suite 100, Valencia, CA. 91355.
The Board Meeting agenda will be posting at the community bulletin boards by Wednesday, April 21st, for review prior to the Board Meeting.

BOARD MEETING CANCELLED

The Plum Canyon Master Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 21st has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum. The April Board Meeting will be held at a future date and time and will be announced once confirmed. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

GOLDEN VALLEY STREET LIGHTS

Property Management Professionals received member complaints regarding several street lights that were out on Golden Valley. Several weeks ago, our team opened a work order with Southern California Edison to repair the lights. Upon inspection earlier this week the lights had still not been repaired.
Property Management Professionals spoke with Southern California Edison this this morning and they assured us that the lights would be repaired by the end of this week (Friday, April 16th).
Thank you for your patience while we work with Southern California Edison to resolve this issue.
