LANDSCAPE UPGRADES APPROVED

At Monday evenings Board of Directors Meeting, the Board approved several landscape enhancement proposals throughout the Plum Canyon Community. Additionally, the Board approved a separate proposal to replace all trees and shrubs that did not survive the Winter months. We anticipate the installation of these improvements to commence in the next few weeks and we hope the membership enjoys the landscaping upgrades!

  1. That's great! Does that mean they're going to spruce up the hill behind Linda Lane?

  2. D- Thank you for your blog post. The Board approved several landscape enhancements, but most of the approved enhancements are for the common areas adjacent to the streets rather than behind homes. There were also proposals approved to replace dead and missing trees and plants throughout the entire community, including slopes behind homes, so hopefully you will see an improvement to the Association's common area landscaping.
Thank you again for your post!

  3. I would consider The hill common areas as it's not part of any owners property and is viewed by many houses. I hope you will reconsider, it really is not that attractive.

  4. D- I will pass along your concern to the Plum Canyon Board of Directors and the Landscape Committee. Property Management Professionals cannot make decisions regarding common area landscaping improvements.
    Thank you.
