PLEASE KEEP YOU PET ON A LEASH!
Property Management Professionals has received a number of reports of pets running through the neighborhood unleashed. The community asks all members to keep their pets leashed in order to avoid accidents and damage to your neighbors property. Should you whiteness an unleashed and unsupervised animal running through the community, please contact animal control at: (661) 257-3191.

I'm glad other people are noticing this, I took my dog for a walk the other day and I found dog waste and trash all over the neighborhood. My neighbors all enjoy walking their dogs unleashed as well. While we are at it you shouldn't leave your dog outside alone and barking either.
